The egg is a common breakfast commodity. It is implemented into our meals in a variety of ways. The favorite one being the omlette. The omlette are beaten eggs cooked with oil or butter with a filling such as cheese, vegetables, meat, or a combination of the few. Above is a video on to create a delicious omlette.
One of my favorite breakfast foods are scrambled eggs. They provide a sufficient amount of protein for the active person. To make it more enjoyable I throw in a slice of cheese and maybe some ham or bacon.
I would like to talk about the importance of a good breakfast. A breakfast sets the tone of the day. Depending on what you put into your body first thing in the morning determines how you may feel and portray attitude later in the day.
